VNC inject

Dear HD,

With the VNC inject payload when an exploit is sucessfully exploited, we get
the screen and a shell windows saying Metasploit Courtest Shell.


MY Question does this Metasploit Courtesy Shell Apeear on the users computer
screen also ?
