i have no problems on my W2K-SP4...
msfupdate -v
gives "Msfupdate Version: 1.30"

Hi,
I updated an XP system successfully to the latest version.
I haven't had success updating a 2K SP4 system running msfconsole v2.2 [30 exploits - 33 payloads]
This is the message I get when running "C:\Program Files\Metasploit Framework\msfupdate.bat"
[*] Checking metasploit.com for updates...
[*] Could not obtain the current version information from the update server
itorres at itorres ~
$

Any ideas?
