[1] Cornelius Kipkirui Soi and Denis Kariuki Githanga are jointly charged alongside Elvis David Shikutwa and Caleb Mayaka Nyabuti. The prosecution alleges that between July 1, 2019 and April 5 in Nairobi county, they conspired to steal Sh105,087 from Chandarana Supermarket through unauthorised access. They are all also accused of unlawfully accessing a computer system belonging to Chandarana Supermarket infringing security measures.
