Commander Michael Vannak Khem Misiewicz is accused of running the alleged pay-to-play scheme along with a Navy investigations special agent and the CEO of a private defense company who was milking hundreds of millions of dollars from military contracts.
The three exchanged lighthearted emails to hash out party weekends across the world, according to court documents.
"Should I ask more guys from the office if they want to go to Lady Gaga concert? Thanks!," Misiewicz wrote to contractor Leonard Glenn Francis.
