The Government Emerging Technology Alliance (GETA) and the Government Expert Planning Committee are proud sponsors of this important event. The event is in its 2nd year and the Homeland Security theme will once again guide the content and sessions. The 2002 event brought together over 1,000 high ranking officials from all key sectors of government and 8 countries whose mission was to improve the flow of actionable information between agencies. This year's event will focus on technology solutions for Information Sharing through highly interactive sessions with First Responders, the New Department of Homeland Security, members of Congress, and the International Community. Topics and discussion to include: * Lean what you can do to assist State and Local Governments in the War on Terrorism. * Hear directly from first responders and what Information Sharing challenges they face. * Visit with top International Officials and hear "lessons learned." * View over 150 new technologies that provide solutions for the Information Sharing Challenge.
