Forwarded from: Matthew Pemble <mpemble () isintegration com> -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Under British Law, a 24-year old arrested cannot be named? They will normal issue press statements naming people when they are just "assisting with enquiries", never mind when they have actually got to the point of arresting somebody. Nah, somebody is playing silly buggers here, unless writing M$ viruses is now so easy that somebody legally deemed not to be a responsible adult can do it. Unless a judge has ordered privacy? Note that if the person arrested was under 16, a ward of court, or otherwise protected, then they cannot be named, until conviction. - -- Matthew Pemble -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGPfreeware 7.0.3 for non-commercial use <http://www.pgp.com> iQA/AwUBO3pOgmrvMjpl5yaUEQL+WACaAwSURiMruXpXp9OxuTgqn3/lrrcAnReW ZER8e5fL/Tr01v1mE97r6qNE =aGnb -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- - ISN is currently hosted by Attrition.org To unsubscribe email majordomo () attrition org with 'unsubscribe isn' in the BODY of the mail.
