[Moderator's Note: No, this is not a violation. He is not allowed to
consult, and this was a free interview. He is not allowed to profit from
his crimes or the story about them. While he did talk about his case, it
 was once again free.]

Folks,
During a CNN report on the Yahoo hack Tuesday, Kevin Mitnick was
interviewed. Isn't that a violation of his parole or is this not considered
consulting? On Wednesday, CNN reported on the hacking incidents in it's two
Moneyline programs, with a total of 10 minutes coverage over 60 minutes of
broadfcast - including an interview with Cisco's CEO on Internet security
and trust in e-commerce.
