About the talk: 

Current computing and communications networks are complex entities that have evolved piecemeal. They often are 
brittle, inflexible, expensive to operate, and insecure. This talk will describe a patented and patent pending 
technology overlay that makes them robust, flexible, secure, and cost effective.

About the Speaker

     Mark has been at the leading edge of several of the tech waves. Examples include the first: Spacenet for the US 
government (Top Secret Security Clearance); Pay Cable Satellite Network HBO; Shared Automatic Teller Machine 
Network; Security system for US Federal Reserve; Handheld Expert System; Software Defined Radio;... He holds a BA in 
Broadcasting from SFSU, an MBA in Communications Management from Wharton, and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from 
Tohoku Imperial University in Japan.
