Is that supposed to make it better or worse?  One of the sellers was
Equifax's CFO.  Three days after they found the breach he didn't know
about an event with an obvious major financial effect on the company?
The Bloomberg report said these were a one time sales they made on
that day, not part of a prescheduled series.
