Actually, no.  Being undocumented is a civil offense:

According to the above, crossing the border without permission
*is* a misdemeanor.  But overstaying a visa, which is how many
people get in, isn't.

Nevertheless, the list is disturbing.  In particular, #7
translates to "some immigration officer doesn't like you."
