Experience with a radio interview

I was asked to be interviewed this morning to talk about “network
neutrality”. It was clear to me that the interviewer really wanted horror
stories about what the changes would do!!

As I have said often this is become a public relations activity trying to
hide facts under hype and headlines.

The interviewer resisted mightily any attempt to really address in the
underlieing  issues.

Maybe it is time to have an open and noisy panel of technically aware
people really debating the facts rather than the noise ( remember the
Cerf/Farber “Great Debate” on Net Neuttrality” many years ago
