Appology for yesterday

I over mailed items on the Apple/AT&T fiasco. Maybe it was a deep frustration with a complete lack of customer 
relations that they showed in what seemed an obvious lack of learning from past mistakes.

Yes I could take my business elsewhere. But I have settled into a comfortable integrated computer environment of my 
iphone/ipad and mac pro. It works for me. I wanted to get the latest and greatest and all I saw was gross planning 
incompetence.

Thats not the old AT&T,  that I used to know during Bell Labs days. And it was not what I expected from Apple.

So frustration won.
