I guess that pretty much puts the kibosh on sync-ing the Androids with MacOS X features like iCal, Address Book, and iTunes, huh?

My two-year service obligation with AT&T for iPhone-1 ran out in September, but I have been waiting before upgrading/changing, with an open mind re smart phones other than the iPhone. For me, direct calendar sync-ing (without having to go through Google Calendar), address book sync-ing, and off-Web e-mail (that is POP or IMAP) would be show-stopping requirements. I could not find anything on line about sync-ing with Macs. Anybody out there know anything illuminating along these lines?
