Stupid move by the service company, POBOX, who I use for the IP distribution

For a reason that escapes me, they have discontinued offering a digest capability. I will try to either change their 
mind or find another supplier. Till then I suggest a simple message filter that looks for [IP] in the subject field and 
files it into an IP mailbox.
