The 15-page dossier on Justice Scalia was not posted publicly, but Justice Scalia is apparently very unhappy about the project. Professor Reidenberg's response: "Indeed, the very fact that Justice Scalia found it objectionable and felt compelled to comment underscores the value and legitimacy of the exercise."
