Lord Justice Eady would probably beg to differ based on his recent rulings.

Since he is the Learned Judge that appears to be creating the concern I think I would be inclined to worry about him rather some lawyer who is just expressing an opinion as opposed to making the judgement as Justice Eady is doing repeatedly.
