In case anyone hasn't figured it out yet this is only the tip of the
iceberg.  Wait until Disney, WB, Amazon, Tivo, NetFlix MPAA etal  
petition
that total bit caps on residential IP service are a impediment to the
distribution of "alternative" video services.

I would suggest there will be no recession among members of the FCC  
Bar for
the forseeable future.
