Yes, there are a few tech-savvy congressfolk, but probably the best  
way to influence things in a healthy manner is for you or others from  
the IP list to be involved in a real way in the process.  Just as an  
example, maybe someone might work in Congress for a year or two as a  
staffer.  That person would certainly have some influence.
