Whatever your views on global warming and/or the "Climategate" brouhaha, you'll probably find this interesting:http://wattsupwiththat.com/2009/12/07/comprhensive-network-analysis-shows-climategate-likely-to-be-a-leak/#more-13821Levsen, the author, concludes that it is much more likely that the emails and files were leaked by an anonymous (so far) whistleblower at East Anglia University rather than by a hacker from Russia, or anywhere else. The comments following the story are interesting, some are not convinced Levsen really knows what he's doing. One of the intersting nuggets revealed in the comments, though, is that apparently one of the CRU scientists involved was in the practice of putting his user name *and* password in his email signature...Any of our email/SMTP gurus out there have any pithy comments about this?-- ----------------------------------------- John T.
