After reading about how non-secure iPhone text field keyboard entries were cached across applications, despite sandboxing, I heard about SpyPhone.I was surprised to learn what data are available (and through the public iPhone API, requiring no exploits or jailbreaking):http://github.com/nst/spyphone/Worthwhile to look at and perhaps try out, if you're curious what data are preserved. Standard warnings apply, but all the source code is there to review. It showed me a list of all the wi-fi access points I had ever accessed, including one I had only accessed from my previous phone at an airport two years ago.-A.
