Interesting issues raised! From an initial reading, it appears that  
the content industry seems happy to be paid a paycheck from ISP  
revenues irrespective of the quality of the content produced. Wonder  
what we'd get if Andrew Lloyd Weber or Gene Simmons or Palcido Domingo  
were effective employees of cable and DSL telcos ;-)
