Dave,

I can't tell whether NetSol is acting here in its capacity as a
registrar, registry, or web hosting provider.  It looks like the
registrant is getting all three services from Network Solutions, and
that the suspension, despite the "domain temporarily unavailable"
message, may be of NetSol's hosting rather than of the domain
name.  A way to test that would be for the registrant to try to use
the NetSol registrar tools to point the name to a new off-site
destination.  Suspending a domain name for content-related reasons
seems more troubling to me than electing not to continue to host a
site.  There are plenty of alternative places to host a site -- but
only one domain name that may have accrued Google karma, inbound
links, etc.  ...JZ
