I know after a while the site came back up, but REALLY telling me to  
go to see what was wrong and then NOTHING is no way to run a business.  
Earthlink IN THE OLD DAYS knew how to handle customers. but not Apple

Dave, I suggested as much long before there was a MobileMe, in fact it
was two years ago today.
