Dave:You might want to STOP this before it gets too far -- NO ONE actually knows what the arrangement between Apple and AT&T really is so this is NOT an accurate report.
One Wall Street analyst came up with this number from reading the September AAPL financials and making MANY guesses. He got lots of attention -- which was probably the intended result.
Neither AT&T nor Apple have commented. It was the first reported quarter and there are lots of unanswered issues still to be resolved. Perhaps it's best to hold off jumping to WILD conclusions at this point?
