FTC Wants 'More Facts' On 'Network Neutrality'

	The head of the government's chief consumer-protection agency said  
she wants to hear "more facts and less rhetoric" on the hot-button  
issue of network neutrality, the term for a mandate of equal  
treatment for high-speed Internet content.
