Do fly United Airlines if you want to be screwed

We showed up at Narita and was told that our reservation were  
cancelled on 24 August. Funny I checked with United on 5 Sept and  
they were all intact  and we started our trip on 6 Sept.

They blamed our agent who -- a good friend -- said the hell I did.
