Here are transcripts and audio recordings of people
calling 911 from the WTC buildings.

Some observations -- nearly all callers were told to stay
were they where.  This is despite the NYFD and NYPD
having issued evacuation orders for the buildings.
Second in the face of human drama, how civil many people
remained when dealing with the operators.  Finally, it is
clear how overwhelmed the system was from a mass event.
