The National Academies have again asked me to serve as Chair of the
Computer Science and Telecommunications Board (CSTB).

The Board advises government on critical issues facing the nation in the
areas of computer science and telecommunications.  I would welcome  
your ideas
on what studies the Board should undertake.  Since all studies have  
to be
funded, please also indicate which government agencies and/or  
corporations
might fund the study.  Please send this to cstb () nas edu.
