PGP Dowb the tubes -- at least wrt customer service

Lets see you call the operator sends you off to "sales". You listen  
to endless web addresses, then a, told long wait, leaveleace your  
number by dialing 1. You do and it says un-used mail box. Leave a  
message or hit 0 for operator. You hit 0 ad it says no operator  
number defined.

Is their anyone at PGP anymore who understands service.

What are good alternatives
