It seems ironic that Microsoft is going to begin to sell a product to  
its own customers to protect them from, to a large degree, flaws in  
the first software it sold them.


I once heard someone say that the trick to business is to convince  
someone they are sick, then stick them in an oxygen tent and step on  
the hose.
