An alternative approach are the more general hyperwords, which simply aim to make all the words on the web interactive. Some of the interactivity allows for simple external lookups, like a quick way to look the word up in a dictionary or to search Google or Yahoo etc. Not controlling what points where. I'll be OpenSource and the system will be open for users to modify. The site for hyperwords is http://www.hyperwords.net and the people behind it (me included) are at http://www.liquidinformation.org Wired ran a story on it recently at http://www.wired.com/news/culture/0,1284,66382,00.html On 2 Mar 2005, at 7:30 pm, David Farber wrote:
