Initial reaction to new Shadyside Apple store

Great set of kids; very willing to help; limited knowledge of products 
at this time especially when you ask hard questions. They will learn. 
Hell of a lot better than CompUSA.

Hint for Apple, have a process for routing expert shoppers to the most 
knowledgeable salespeople and handle the credit by crediting the young 
person for good judgment.
