Dave,The Justice Department continues to demand the right to file a secret brief in Gilmore vs. Ashcroft, a case that involves secret law.
In response to a September 10th ruling by the 9th Circuit US Court of Appeals that rejected DOJ's attempt to file their arguments in secret, the DOJ filed a motion asking the Court to reconsider its decision.
The DOJ motion can be downloaded at: http://www.papersplease.org/gilmore/legal.html ------------------------------------- You are subscribed as interesting-people () lists elistx com To manage your subscription, go to http://v2.listbox.com/member/?listname=ip Archives at: http://www.interesting-people.org/archives/interesting-people/
