MAC USERS ONLY Anyone found a way of doing what windows does with acks

In windows I can set a switch in the mouse panel so that the cursor 
goes to the default setting for a panel that asks for a choice -- like 
save dont save cancel.

I hhave not found the equivalent for the mac under osx and would 
greatly enjoy such.
