Gosh, I find this heartening as it points the way to an interesting 
solution that might perfectly invert ISP response.  If ISPs were 
suddenly deluged by bogus claims of infringement and started taking 
down all sorts of material, it would create a crisis that would swing 
ISP behavior in the opposite direction. No one would dare take anything 
down without overwhelming proof of infringement, regardless of how 
legitimate the claimant's title/company sounded. IP monkeywrenchers get 
to work!
