The readers suggestion on email clients

The overwhelming suggestion for a client is Mozilla Thunderbird 
(http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/releases/)

I installed it and am using it. There does seem to be some iissue with 
some mail causing a stall in the code when you try to open it (easily  
worked arround).\ and there is an issue with x headers in forwarding IP 
items (I will explore (maybe even read the writeups)).
