NSF Research in Networking Technology and Systems

The National Science Foundation (NSF) Division of Computer and Network 
Systems (CNS) recently released a new program solicitation for Research in 
Networking Technology and Systems (NeTS). It describes a new approach to 
the support of networking research at NSF, and it replaces five previous 
solicitations. You will find a Dear Colleague letter with more information,
