(johnmac -- If true, I hope this agiates the public (it probably won't; it
has the earmarks of a boring issue). There is no possibility of WMD here
or an enemy that gases its citizens -- it is (once again, if true) simply
putting the public at risk, no matter how small, for policy reasons or,
worse, under lobbying pressure).
