The URL for the site, which as of today only has the image of a note thumbtacked to a door, can be found at http://www.policyanalysismarket.com/announce2.htm .
Oddly enough, the site was reported by Gregg Easterbrook in his Tuesday Morning Quarterback column on ESPN.com. (Gregg Easterbrook is a senior editor of New Republic, a contributing editor of The Atlantic Monthly and a visiting fellow at the Brookings Institution.) The URL for the article is: http://espn.go.com/page2/s/tmq/031007.html
