If you remember months ago I wrote a nasty article on WQED TV , Pittsburgh 
Public TV. Well they have changed (due o IP or ??). They now have few if 
any infomercials, lots of Nova, BBCA programs etc. IIf they continue in 
this track they will become again a fine example of public TV.
