Some independent record labels are listed, on RIAA's website, as members of RIAA. The problem is that they aren't members, and they can't get RIAA to removetheir names from its website until and unless they threaten RIAA with Copyright

Many of the indie labels say they are not RIAA members. Some worry that the association with the music industry's crackdown on file sharers will hurt their image with fans.
