Hi Declan,

The last last round of comments on the proposed CAPPS II program are due on
March 17th. Here's the link to the Federal Register notice:

As with the last call for comments by DoT, PrivacyActivism has drafted a
sample letter asking for the proposed regs to be withdrawn. You can use
this letter as a starting point for your own letter, or just print it out,
sign it and mail it. See http://www.privacyactivism.org/Item/91 for the
links to this letter in a variety of formats, and tips on writing good
comments. A link to the web submission form is also included.

To snail mail comments, send them to:

Since comments are due on Monday, March 17th, if you're going to snail mail
them, do so before Friday of this week to ensure that they get there in
