Jessica Stern is a lecturer at Harvard University's Kennedy School of 
Government and an adjunct fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. She 
is the author of The Ultimate Terrorists (1999) and a board member of the 
Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists.
