The Next Wireless Stock Boom

   Markets are tough, but the malaise in wireless appears fundamental, not
   just coincidental. Handset makers face huge development costs at a time
   when forecasters are lowering their estimates of global sales. Meanwhile,
   wireless-service providers in the U.S. are cutting rates and eliminating
   roaming charges as consumers choose national pricing.
