Some Aircraft to Move from Reagan National

Washington, DC - U.S. Transportation Secretary Norman Y.
Mineta today announced that some commercial and general
aviation aircraft currently located at Reagan National Airport will
be moved to other airports.

Mineta said that the movements would occur today from 4 pm to
7 pm; and Sunday and Monday from 10 am to 4 pm. The
departing aircraft cannot carry passengers and must fly under
Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) using a southbound departure.

The airport will not be open for arrivals.
