IP: Change of archive location for IP

With thanks to Meng Weng Wong who created the first IP archive and to Jim 
Galvin of eListX.com
, we now have a much more flexible archive which allows thread chasing etc. 
It can be found at http://lists.elistx.com/archives/interesting-people/. 
The original archive will be maintained until a smooth transition can be 
figured out for all those sites which point to the IP archive.

Postings and the list maintenance will still be done via pobox.com.
