Hi Dave--
Mostly I just lurk and let wiser souls talk, but having come across this on 
the Well I'm wondering if there's any truth to it and whether it's being 
reported.
If the facts are as represented, this looks very much like "terrorist" 
(i.e. person whose civil liberties can be suspended at will) is "anyone who 
disagrees with those in power in the current administration."
Which is, of course, what everyone was fearing, so I'm wondering if this is 
too obvious to be true.
