[Macrovision is] not disclosing just which titles have been loaded
with the technology

    This is an interesting sort of secret.  Presumably it is obvious if you
have such a CD and try to copy it to a PC, so many different instances of
the secret must be publicly known.  Reconstructing the aggregate in this
case would only seem to require polling various mailing lists and asking
people to report what they have observed.
