From the account at the URL above, it appears that the employee, one Brian K. West, did not break the law by obtaining unauthorized access to the server; he merely pointed out that all accesses were authorized! Given the woefully limited amount of manpower it has to devote to computer crimes, shouldn't the FBI be concentrating on cases where wrongdoing actually occurred? --Brett Glass
