IP: a brief explanation of the "Grandfather"

With all the people claiming to be the Father of the Internet, I observed 
that Jun Muri called me the grandfather of the Japanese Internet and that 
many of my student "children" went on to be fathers of the Internet (Postel 
et etc), so Grandfather was a fair credit :-)
